Our stainless steel sawing center specializes in the precise processing and cutting of stainless steel materials – exactly to your requirements.
We saw and machine:
- Blocks and primary materials for machining, mechanical engineering or tool production
- Sheets and plates (e.g. for housings, cladding, base plates)
- Bar steel, square, flat steel and round material
- Stainless steel tubes and profiles, even with tight tolerances
Our cutting technology is based on high-performance band saws and modern CNC systems that ensure maximum precision, clean cut edges and repeat accuracy – whether for individual parts or series production.

What materials and alloys are available?
We stock a wide range of stainless steels for a wide variety of requirements – from ferritic and martensitic to austenitic and duplex. Our stock includes the following material numbers, among others:

What dimensions are possible?
We offer a wide range of cut-to-size products – from the smallest parts to large formats:

Block cuts: from 10 × 10 × 10 mm up to 3,000 × 600 × 400 mm (depending on the primary material)

Panel cuts: up to a maximum of 4,000 × 1,600 mm

Tube, profile and bar material: in typical lengths of 3 to 6 meters
Other special sizes, intermediate formats or specific processing depths can be realized by individual agreement. Our machinery is designed for high-precision cutting with tight tolerances – ideal for prototypes, series production and demanding industrial applications.
What additional processing services does Blech + Profil offer?
In addition to sawing, we offer a wide range of mechanical stainless steel processing – precise, efficient and all from a single source:

Milling: High-precision machining on modern 3-axis milling centers – ideal for mating surfaces, recesses or complex geometries.

Deburring: Clean edges without sharp burrs – manually or by machine, depending on the component and area of application.

Drilling & tapping: Preparation for screw fittings or mechanical connections – integrated directly into the cut.
Our post-processing ensures that you receive a ready-to-assemble component – regardless of whether it is a single part, small series or repeatable components.

How fast is the delivery?

Is it possible to order small quantities?
Yes – we can also cut individual pieces and very small quantities without any problems. For particularly small purchase quantities, we only charge a small surcharge to cover the processing costs.
